My passion for this work is rooted in my background, particularly my connection to my grandfather, an Ecuadorian immigrant who learned English by candlelight because he couldn’t afford electricity. His journey of resilience has shaped my values and drives my commitment to empowering others—especially those who feel underserved or overlooked.
